Experience: Arthur Levy's practice focuses on a variety of transactional entertainment
matters. He advises clients in the areas of domestic and international music publishing, copyright, trademark, recording
industry transactions, musical theater transactions, fine art transactions, artist collaborations, and trusts and estates.
He drafts and negotiates agreements pertaining to the acquisition, development, production and exploitation of entertainment
projects, including recording agreements, composer agreements, music publishing agreements, producer agreements, consultant
agreements, television production agreements and joint venture agreements.
Mr. Levy also has broad experience with general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, trademark issues, securities
law issues, financing transactions, corporate governance and insurance and tort liability.
Prior to joining the firm, he practiced law for Thacher Proffitt & Wood and Proskauer Rose.
